1. Nature of the service
Swapie is an independent technology platform that helps airline crew members manage schedules, coordinate possible shift swaps, and review related information.
Swapie is not an airline-operated system, official dispatch tool, payroll system, HR system, or regulatory compliance system, and it does not replace official employer workflows.
2. Eligibility and verification
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and complete any verification steps we require.
We may require employment-related information and identity review materials, including company email, employee number, crew rank, badge image, and a selfie holding the badge.

3. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for complying with employer policies, aviation laws, fatigue and duty rules, and all official approval requirements that apply to your work.
You must independently verify your official roster, shift legality, and company approval status before acting on any information shown in Swapie.
4. Schedule import, OCR, and accuracy
Swapie may allow you to upload roster screenshots, files, and images and may use OCR or automated processing to extract shift information.
OCR results, flight enrichment, and related schedule displays may contain errors, omissions, or mismatches. You are responsible for reviewing imported results before relying on them.
5. Shift posting and swaps
Swapie helps users discover, request, track, and coordinate possible shift takeovers or swaps.
Any swap, takeover, release, or related arrangement is solely between the relevant users and may still require employer or operational approval.
6. Account, platform, and acceptable use

- do not impersonate another person or share accounts
- do not upload data you are not authorized to share
- do not misuse the platform, scrape it, or interfere with its operation
7. Billing, suspension, and contact
Some features may require a paid subscription or may be limited based on subscription status. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or TapPay.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we believe there is fraud, abuse, inaccurate information, security risk, legal risk, or violation of these terms.
