Refund Policy
This policy explains how Swapie subscriptions renew, how cancellation works, and when refund requests may be considered.
Last updated: 2026-05-20
1. Subscription product
Swapie provides a digital subscription service for airline crew schedule management and shift-swap coordination. The subscription is delivered electronically through the Swapie app.
Current public pricing is NT$99 per 28-day subscription cycle, with any free trial or launch offer shown on the pricing page or inside the app at the time you subscribe.
2. Free trial and billing
Starting a free trial does not require a credit card. Paid billing begins only after you choose to subscribe and provide a valid payment method.
After subscription activation, the plan renews every 28 days unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription from the subscription settings in the app or by contacting swapie-support@codehub.tw.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a promotion, access remains available until the end of the paid subscription cycle, and the remaining period is not automatically refunded.
4. Refund eligibility
- Duplicate charges or billing errors are eligible for review and correction.
- If you were charged after a confirmed cancellation request, we will review the record and refund eligible mistaken charges.
- If a technical issue caused by Swapie prevents normal use of paid features for a meaningful period, we may provide a refund, credit, or subscription extension after review.
- Refunds are generally not provided for unused time, change of mind, failure to cancel before renewal, or issues caused by employer policy, airline approval, device settings, connectivity, or third-party service limitations.
5. Refund request process
To request a refund review, contact swapie-support@codehub.tw with the account email or phone number, payment date, charged amount, and the reason for the request.
We will review requests within 7 business days where reasonably possible. Approved refunds are sent back through the original payment method, and bank or card processing time may vary.
6. Third-party payment processing
Payments and refunds may be processed by third-party payment providers such as TapPay and their acquiring or card-processing partners. Refund timing, card statement display, and failed refund handling may depend on those providers and the issuing bank.
